Membership billing terms

⚠ PRE-LIVE: these are the billing mechanics only, drafted to match what the checkout actually does. The FULL terms of service — clinical scope, liability, privacy, dispute resolution, governing law, and the registered entity's legal name and NZBN — are still outstanding and are a Charles job before the live-key flip. • What you're buying. A monthly membership: coaching, the recipe and guide libraries, and the member community. It is not a prescription, and it does not include or guarantee any medicine.
• Price and renewal. The membership is $40/month NZD. It renews automatically each month on the date you joined, and keeps renewing until you cancel.
• Cancelling. You can cancel at any time, with no notice period and no cancellation fee. Cancelling stops the next payment; you keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
• Refunds. Our 30-day money-back policy is part of these terms. Outside it, months already used are not refunded — but your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply regardless.
• Price changes. If the membership price changes, we tell you by email before it affects you, and you can cancel before the new price is charged. We never change the price of a month you've already paid for.
• Failed payments. If a payment fails we'll email you and retry over the following days. If it can't be collected, the membership is cancelled and access ends — we don't send debt to collection.
• Card details. We never see or store your card. Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages.
• Prescription medicines. Any medicine is a separate clinical decision made by a prescriber, charged separately, and governed by its own terms. Membership does not buy, guarantee or entitle you to a prescription.
