changing curves is launching soon in New Zealand — check your eligibility in 3 minutes for founding-member early access.

Our promise

The 30-day money-back policy.

If the changing curves membership isn't for you, tell us inside 30 days and we refund your membership fee in full. You don't need to give a reason. This page sets out exactly what that covers, how to claim, and how long it takes — so there's nothing to argue about later.

How to claim

  1. Email hello@changingcurves.com from the email address on your membership, with 30-day money-back in the subject line. Replying to any changing curves email works just as well.
  2. Tell us you'd like your money back. That's the whole message — there's no form.
  3. We cancel your membership so nothing renews, and refund your membership fees to the card you paid with.

You can also cancel your membership yourself at any time without claiming a refund. Cancelling and claiming a refund are not the same thing — if you want your money back, say so in an email, because a cancellation on its own only stops future payments.

Timeframes we hold ourselves to

Who honours it

changing curves — the same business you paid. Refunds are made to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. We don't ask you to accept a credit, a voucher, or an extra free month instead of your money.⚠ PRE-LIVE: insert the registered operating entity's legal name and NZBN here once the company is formed — a policy that doesn't name who is bound by it is weak, and this is the one page where that matters.

Your rights under New Zealand law

This policy sits on top of your statutory rights, and nothing on this page limits them. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 you are entitled to services carried out with reasonable care and skill and fit for purpose, and to a remedy if they aren't — whether or not your 30 days have passed. The Fair Trading Act 1986 requires that what we say on this site is accurate, which is exactly why this policy is written down rather than left as a banner.

If you're not happy with how we handle a claim, our complaints process sets out what to do next, including the external bodies you can go to.

Last updated 30 July 2026. If we ever change this policy, the version that applies to you is the one published on the day you joined.
