How it works

From first question to your front door.

A clinician reviews every stage. No waiting rooms, no chemist queues — but never a shortcut on safety.

1

Assess — 3 minutes, online

Answer a short health check. We calculate your BMI and screen your medical history and any safety flags. You get an instant read on whether you're likely a candidate.

2

Consult — with a NZ-registered prescriber Clinician checkpoint

A clinician registered with the Medical Council of New Zealand reviews your case. Depending on clinical requirements, this may include a video or in-person consultation before a first prescription. They confirm whether treatment is appropriate — and it won't be for everyone.

3

Script — sent straight to the pharmacy Clinician checkpoint

If treatment is suitable, your prescription goes to our partner pharmacy, dispensed by a registered pharmacist. No GP referral queue, no trip to the chemist.

4

Deliver & support — ongoing

Your medicine arrives discreetly. From there your membership care team checks in, supports your dose schedule, and manages refills — all online. Weight management is a journey, and we stay with you.

Your $40/month membership covers steps 2–4 — ongoing prescriber care, support and delivery. Medication, if a prescriber decides it's right for you, is billed separately. See pricing →

A note on first prescriptions. New Zealand Medical Council telehealth guidance may require a consultation before prescribing a medicine for the first time. changing curves's flow is designed to meet the prescriber's clinical requirements — we'll always tell you exactly what's needed for your situation. ⚠ Final clinical pathway to be confirmed with the medical director and against current Medical Council standards before launch.

Ready to start today? Begin with your changing curves membership — your first consult is free, and a prescriber decides if treatment is right for you. No charge unless treatment is prescribed.
